How to make pork and cabbage dumplings (Mom's taste)

Although the food in restaurants outside tastes good, some of the seasonings added in it are not so healthy. Therefore, as long as conditions permit, it is still worth recommending to cook at home. Pork and Cabbage Dumplings (Mom's Taste) are simple to make and taste delicious. It is a very popular dish.

1. One pound of pork, 30% fat and 70% lean, cut into 70% filling

2. Chop the cabbage leaves, green onions and ginger, and put them on the pork until they are tightly held together.

3. Seasoning: 3 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of thirteen spices, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of chicken essence or MSG, 2 spoons of sesame oil, stir well (ordinary spoon), and make stuffing.

4. Mix the dough: Add a little salt to warm water, wait for the salt to dissolve, add three small bowls of flour, stir into a paste with chopsticks, and then knead into a ball with your hands.

5. Let the dough rest. Knead it once every ten minutes, or twice. Knead the dough, pass your hands through the middle of the dough, hold the dough alternately with both hands, make a circle, cut the dough circle with a knife, and knead it evenly.

6. Cut into appropriate size and cut into pieces.

7. Make dumplings. The shapes are up to you.

8. Put the pot into boiling water without covering it. When the water boils, add a tablespoon of cold water, boil it again and add more, add three times in total, and it is done.

9. Add a bowl of dumpling sauce to make it taste even better! (Dumpling sauce: one spoon each of mashed garlic, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil, and two spoons of vinegar. If you can eat spicy food, add some chili oil to make it more delicious)
