1. Cut the silver carp into pieces.

2. Add salt and cooking wine and marinate the fish overnight. In hot weather, the fish can be left outside for two hours before being put in the refrigerator.

5. Cut the onion into sections and chop the garlic and ginger into minced pieces.

6. Cut the green onions into small pieces and put them in another small bowl.

11. Then add half a bowl of water into the pot, put in onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce and salt and bring the juice to a boil.

12. After the sauce boils, add the fish pieces, cover the pot and continue stewing.

13. When the soup becomes thick, you can add chicken essence for seasoning and serve.

14. When the fish fillets stewed with tomatoes are ready, serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
