How to make Sydney pear shortbread

Learning to cook some common home-cooked dishes and cooking at home can make your family warm. Even if we are busy, we'd better cook at home often. We can cook some simpler dishes. The method of making pear-stuffed puff pastry is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don't have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. Peel the apples and pears first.

2. Cut into small pieces and use filter cloth to squeeze out the juice. Then pour them into the pot, add rock sugar and boil until it becomes thick.

3. Put it into a bowl and set aside.

4. Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and lard to the flour, mix well and then knead it into dough.

5. Add 1:3 oil and warm water, an appropriate amount of white sugar, and 2/3 egg liquid into the flour, knead it into water-oil dough, and let the sugar ferment for 20 minutes.

6. Divide the water-oil noodles and the oil noodles into twelve equal portions!

7. Flatten the water-oil surface to wrap the oil surface.

8. Pinch each one into the shape of a bun.

9. Turn it over and shape it into a cow tongue

10. Roll from the small end to the large end into the shape shown in the picture.

11. Roll the twelve dough balls in the same way and let the sugar ferment for about 10 minutes.

12. Repeat steps 9 and 10 twice more, without adding sugar during the operation.

13. Then fold both ends in half, flatten them and roll them into a pancake, wrap the pear filling in it, brush the smooth side with egg liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.

14. After preheating the oven, set the upper and lower fire to 150-180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. This step depends on the condition of the oven and is not absolute.

15. Serve and photograph before serving.

Practice makes perfect, and I believe you will be able to learn it quickly. I would like to remind you that if you like chili peppers, you can add fresh rice chili peppers when stir-frying.
