How to make glutinous rice flavored sausage bean curd steamed bun rolls

The ingredients of this dish, glutinous rice flavored sausage and bean curd bun rolls, are simple, healthy and hygienic. Unless there are special circumstances, it is suitable for people of all ages. The delicious taste is irresistible and can be made at home. It is unforgettable and has authentic home-cooked flavor. Delicious food and family make you happy.

1. Take appropriate amount of glutinous rice and yellow rice, mix and wash!

2. Take an appropriate amount of peanuts and put them into the food processor

3. Use a food processor to grind the raw peanuts into powder

4. Pour the raw peanut powder into the glutinous rice and stir, then pour it into the rice cooker and steam it.

5. After steaming, take it out and let it cool, then add appropriate amount of sugar and stir

6. Take out the homemade flavored sausage (I made it during the Spring Festival. You can refer to my recipe for sausage making. I have posted the recipe!)

7. Cut into small pieces

8. Pour into the glutinous rice and stir again

9. Stir well

10. Dip your hands in water, knead the glutinous rice into long strips, and put them on a plate for later use.

11. This is a dough made from soy milk, bean dregs filtered out of the milk, and noodles, and then fermented with yeast.

12. Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a rectangular dough sheet (the length should be about the same as the glutinous rice strips, and the width should be enough to hug the glutinous rice strips)

13. Place the glutinous rice strips on the dough

14. Wrap the glutinous rice strips and roll them up

15. Rub with your hands

16. Since the steamer is small, cut the dough into pieces that can fit into the steamer and steam for 25 minutes.

17. Steam it and serve.

18. Take one, cut it into pieces and put it on a plate!

19. Let’s eat. Isn’t it tempting? It’s so delicious! Wipe your saliva clean...hahaha...
