7. Let it rise to twice the size, knead it once in the middle, and then let it rise again.

8. Divide the dough into 15 small pieces, knead them into steamed buns, steam them on high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let them simmer for another 3 minutes.

9. The big white steamed buns are out of the pot.

10. Serve with homemade braised eggs and mung bean paste. Breakfast is just so good.
