How to make wild vegetable pork dumplings

6. Add cold water to the pot, add some salt after the water boils (to prevent the dumplings from sticking), put the dumplings into the pot, stir clockwise with chopsticks, cover the pot, and lift the lid after the pot boils. Because it is meat filling, you can cook it for a while longer after the pot boils. Wait until the dumplings float up and their bellies are round and plump. Tap them with chopsticks and they make a "bang bang" sound, and they're done.
