Spicy grilled tofu recipe

Only when we are healthy can we work better and enjoy all the good things in life. It is very frustrating if our health is damaged by improper diet. Spicy grilled tofu is simple to make and contains many nutrients needed by the human body, which is very good for health.

1. Cut the tofu into rectangular cubes of uniform size and thickness and place them on a baking tray lined with tin foil.

2. Mix salt, pepper salt, cumin powder, Sichuan pepper powder and chili powder together. Adjust the proportions according to your taste. If you like spicy food, add more Sichuan pepper powder and chili powder. Prepare chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

3. Lightly cut a few times on the front and back of the tofu to help it absorb the flavor.

4. Sprinkle seasoning evenly. Then spread it evenly with your hands. Repeat the above steps on the reverse side.

5. Pour soy sauce evenly on each piece of tofu. Marinate for twenty minutes.

6. Then pour oil evenly on each piece of tofu, pouring it on both sides of the tofu.

7. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. One or two minutes before grilling is done, sprinkle the tofu with sesame seeds and chives, then continue grilling.

8. Spicy grilled tofu is so delicious that it makes you cry.
