1. Tianmo is a kind of traditional popular porridge in Jinan. It is a salty porridge made mainly from millet flour with vegetables, beans, etc. Jinan people also call it "Five-Spice Tianmo". Why is it called sweet porridge when it is obviously salty porridge?

2.1 Heat oil in a pan, sauté scallions and ginger, add water and bring to a boil, add peanuts and soybeans, cook for 8 minutes, add vermicelli, and add fried tofu cubes (cut into small pieces) after 1 minute

3.2 Preparation: Soak the peanuts and soybeans overnight in advance; soak the vermicelli. Wash the spinach and blanch it in hot water; dissolve the millet flour in cold water and mix well; chop the green onion and ginger.

4. After the pot boils again, pour the melted millet flour into the pot and stir well. After boiling, add spinach, turn off the heat, and season with five-spice powder, white pepper powder and salt according to your taste.
