How to make lean meat and mushroom stuffed winter melon

3. Marinate lean meat, mushrooms, dried shrimp, ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, oil and salt for 20 minutes

4. While the stuffing is being marinated, wash the wax gourd, peel it, cut it into pieces about 3 cm thick, and remove the pulp.

5. Stuff the meat into the winter melon

6. Put the carrot pieces on the meat filling

7. Steam for 15-20 minutes

8. Take a bowl and pour in oyster sauce

9. Pour the soup into the bowl with oyster sauce and stir evenly.

10. Pour the soup into the pot, add a little cornstarch, boil it over high heat, pour it on the wax gourd and it is ready to eat.
