Corn, radish and bone soup

Material:

150g corn cob, 250g spareribs, 50g carrots, a little ginger and red dates

practice:

1. Peel the corn cob and cut into sections, dice carrots, chop spareribs into pieces, cut ginger, wash red dates and set aside. Blanch the ribs to remove the blood.

2. Pour clean water into the pot (the amount of water can be as you like, add more). After the water boils, add ginger slices, corn cobs, and pork ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Pea sprouts and mushroom soup

Material:

Pea sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms (the quantity depends on your own); Preparation: Wash the bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms, wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms, peel and slice the ginger.

practice:

1. Put ginger slices in water and boil. When the water is hot, add mushrooms and cover with a lid.

2. After the water boils, add the enoki mushrooms, cook for a while, then add the bean sprouts;

3. After the water boils again, add appropriate amount of salad oil, chicken essence, and MSG, adjust the taste and turn off the heat.

Key points:

1. Bean sprouts are easy to cook. Do not cover the lid after putting them in, otherwise the color will turn yellow when cooked.

2. If you have ready-made chicken soup, you can add some, haha, but the taste should not be too good.

Winter melon meatball soup

raw material:

500g winter melon, 250g pork belly, 10g green onion, a little cornstarch, salt and MSG

Production:

1. Peel and clean the winter melon, cut into small cubes and set aside.

2. Add salt and cornstarch to the chopped pork belly and shape into meatballs. (If you don’t like fatty meat, just use pure lean meat)

3. First place the meatballs in the pot, add appropriate amount of clean water and simmer over low heat.

4. After 20 minutes, add the winter melon and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add seasoning, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
