Be sure to stir the eggs and instant noodles evenly at this time. After the instant noodles are cooked, turn the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes before serving.

4. Nutritious instant noodles

Ingredients: 1 instant noodle, 1 tomato, 3 rapeseeds, 1 egg, 4 shrimps, some salt, a little sesame oil, some peanut oil, 1 coriander, some shredded green onion and ginger, a little soy sauce,

First, wash the prepared ingredients, then cut the onion and ginger into shreds and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot again. When the oil is hot, beat in the eggs and fry them until cooked. Then pour in an appropriate amount of oil and add the scallion and ginger to sauté. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, add a little light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry. Then turn to low heat and simmer until the tomatoes are cooked. Take out the casserole and put the stewed tomatoes in. Add an appropriate amount of water and boil over high heat. Add the shrimps. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for five minutes. Then remove the lid and put in the instant noodles. Cover the pot and cook for a while, then stir evenly. Continue to cover the pot and simmer for two minutes, then add the washed rapeseed and coriander, and finally you can turn off the heat.
