How to make hand-pulled pancake dough

Warm water: 30g

Chicken essence: 5g

Salt: 5 g

Vegetable oil: 20 g

Green onion: one

Vegetable oil: 40 g

Butter: 40g

Cooking Steps

1. Gather all the supplies

2: Pour the chicken essence into warm water and stir evenly

3: Cut the green onions as you like

4: Pour the oil into the pot and heat it on low heat.

5: When the oil is hot, pour in the green onions

6: Turn off the heat after the aroma comes out

7: Use a strainer to filter out the green onions and set aside the oil

8: Pour flour into the bread machine bucket

9: Pour in the stirred chicken essence and warm water

10: Add salt, start the bread machine, and press the dough function button

11: Stir until it becomes cotton-like

12: Pour in scallion oil and continue to stir and knead the dough

13: After the dough is mixed, take it out of the bread machine and knead it by hand for one minute

14: Cover the lid and let it sit for 20 minutes

15: After the dough is ready, knead it until smooth

16: Divide the dough into 8 parts, knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap, and sugar for half an hour

17: Put the butter in the microwave and heat it for 30 seconds until the butter is completely melted

18: One bowl is vegetable oil, one bowl is melted butter

19: Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the silicone mat

20: Take a dough and roll it thinly with a rolling pin. The thinner the better, until it is transparent.

21: Brush a layer of butter on the rolled skin

22: After brushing with butter, brush with a layer of vegetable oil

23: Grab one side of the dough, shake it gently, and then fold it up like a fan.

24: After the dough is folded, roll it up from one end to the end.

25: Basic forming

26: Wrap in a fresh-keeping bag and put in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 minutes

27: Take out the frozen dough, roll it into a pancake shape, and then freeze it directly in the refrigerator and make breakfast the next day. It is convenient and quick.
