How to make leek and meat fried pancakes

Enjoying delicious food is a part of our life. We should not eat out casually on normal days. If conditions permit, it is better to cook at home. After all, this can ensure hygiene and is good for health. The recipe of leek and meat stuffed pancakes is simple, and it is also a dish that many nutrition experts like very much.

1. First, wash the chives and drain the water for later use

2. Chop the bacon into small pieces and set aside. (If you don’t like bacon, you can just skip this)

3. When the water outside the leek is dried, you can cut it into pieces.

4. Put the minced meat and leeks into a container, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices, stir well and set aside.

5. The filling is ready, and the next step is to knead the dough.

6. Then come the dough. Note that the middle of the dough should be slightly thicker and the edges should be thinner. Then use your hands to press some small pits on the dough, but be careful not to break it. Then evenly apply a layer of oil on it (I used chili oil that I had cooked myself). In this step, you can mix the oil with the filling. I am lazy and don’t want to get oil everywhere.

7. Then put the filling and spread evenly.

8. Then roll it up from one side, and pinch the thinner parts on both sides inward so that the oil will not easily overflow.

9. I forgot to take a picture of the cutting step in the middle, but it is very simple. Cut it into small pieces, turn it over with the cut side facing up, and press it with a knife to shape it. Then put oil in the pan, not too much, heat it over high heat until the oil is hot, then reduce the heat and fry until both sides are golden brown.

10. Finally, the delicious fried pancake is done.
