1. Prepare the oysters.

9. Then serve in a small bowl for later use.

10. Now put the cleaned oysters into the prepared cage. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

11. Then open the shell of each oyster, pour the sauce on each one, sprinkle with a very small amount of minced garlic and chopped chili, and you can start eating!
