How to make pork ribs stewed with bamboo shoots and mushrooms

We often say that illness comes from the mouth, and it is true. Many diseases are like this. We don’t pay attention to our diet. So we can’t always eat out. We can cook by ourselves. Here I will introduce the stewed pork ribs with bamboo shoots and mushrooms.

1.Boil the bamboo shoots with water, then simmer for another half an hour on low heat. Soak the mushrooms in cold water. Then wash both with water.

2. Remove the old parts of the bamboo shoots and tear them into small strips; cut the mushrooms into slices, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into pieces.

3. Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces, and adjust the taste with ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and oil.

4. Heat the pan, add oil, crush the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Then add the bamboo shoots and mushrooms into the pan and stir-fry, adding appropriate amount of salt. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes and then serve.

6. Heat the pan and add oil, put the ribs in and cook for two minutes.

7. Add the chili peppers and fry together.

8. Next, pour the previously fried mushrooms and bamboo shoots into the spareribs and stir-fry thoroughly. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and half a small piece of fermented bean curd, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

9. After cooking, open the lid and stir-fry.
