Spicy Enoki Mushrooms

Method

   Step 1

   Wash and cut the enoki mushrooms, then blanch them.

   Step 2

   Blanch until cooked, drain and bottle.

   Step 3

   Heat peanut oil in a wok until hot, then add chili sauce.

   Stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

   Pour over enoki mushrooms and marinate for one day before eating.
