Enoki mushrooms and minced meat

   Step 1

   Mince the meat, add some cornstarch and oil, mix and marinate 5 minutes.

   Heat the pan, then add minced garlic and meat and stir-fry.

   Then add some soy sauce.

   Finally, add the enoki mushrooms, cooking wine, and salt, stir-fry 2 minutes, then add a little water and stir-fry briefly!
