4. Preheat the bread machine for 5 minutes, put the muffin cups in and bake for 25 minutes. I inserted a toothpick at 20 minutes and it was already cooked inside. I wanted it to be more browned so I baked it for another 5 minutes, but it didn't have much effect. The finished product was not browned. I tried the bread machine’s browning setting for the second pot and it became browned around the edges.
