How to make oil fruit

When I get home from get off work, I should cook a delicious meal for my family, but we only eat a few kinds of food every day. What should I cook today? ! Don’t worry, today I’m going to introduce you to a delicious oily fruit, come and learn how to make it!

1.1 Pour oil into the pot and do not turn the fire too high. Start rolling the glutinous rice balls. They don’t need to be too round, as long as they can be shaped. They will naturally be round after frying.

2.2 Pour the water-ground glutinous rice flour and white sugar into a bowl, add warm water and mix well, then knead repeatedly until it forms a ball.

3. Heat the oil pan to about 50% and turn down the heat. Then roll the balls in flour, tap off any dry flour and place them in a frying pan (so the balls don’t stick together).

4. Put the meatballs about two-thirds of the oil surface. Use chopsticks to gently move the meatballs in the center of the pot, and they will float up naturally.

5. After all the meatballs float up, increase the heat slightly and use the back of the scoop to gently turn it in one direction so that the meatballs are heated evenly. (This is very important, the fire can't be too big, you have to keep turning it to make it heated evenly, otherwise the meatballs will break and the oil will splash)

6. Fry until golden brown, remove from the pan and you are done. Quickly turn down the heat to minimum and move on to the next pot.
