300g flour, 50g carrots, 50g spinach

Excipients

5g corn starch, 1g salt, 150g water

Production steps

1. Add about 50 grams of water and salt to 100 grams of flour and knead into dough. Add about 50 grams of spinach juice and carrot juice to 100 grams of flour and knead into dough respectively. Let them rest for a while.

2. Then roll the three colors of dough into a rectangle, arrange the three dough pieces in order, brush water on the first dough piece, then press the second dough piece on it, then brush water again, place the third dough piece on it, press it firmly, and trim the shape, leaving the four sides intact.

3. Then cut it into long strips about 0.4 cm in length, so that each strip will have various colors. Put some corn starch on your hands, press each strip separately, and then put the strips into the noodle pressing machine to press the dough.

4. Take out the pressed dough and emboss it with a mold.

Tips

1. You can also use other vegetables to mash and make noodles.

2. You can make a bow shape manually by folding the circle in the middle and then folding it to both sides. Finally, use chopsticks to pinch the middle to make a bow.

Tomato and Egg Noodles

If your baby likes tomatoes, cooked tomatoes have higher nutritional value and are simply delicious when combined with eggs. Method: 1. Soak the purchased tomatoes in water for an hour, because many tomatoes on the market have been sprayed with pesticides. 2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, beat the eggs and add a small amount of salt. 3. Heat the oil and sauté the scallions and ginger. You can fry the tomatoes or the eggs first, but the eggs need to be served, so for convenience, the editor frys the tomatoes first, then adds water to cook the noodles, and sprinkles the eggs into the boiling water to make egg drops (you can also make poached eggs). 4. Add appropriate seasoning and serve.
