Ingredients: fish tofu, rice cake, kimchi, corn oil, and white sugar.

Method: Slice the fish tofu and cut the Korean kimchi into small pieces. Boil water in a small pot, put the rice cake in and cook until soft; rinse the cooked rice cake with cold water and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add kimchi and fish curd and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the rice cake and stir well, pour in half a bowl of kimchi water and cook until the water is almost dry, then add sugar to taste.
