How to make the heart-shaped vanilla shrimp

1.1 Wash the scallions, cut the white part into inch-long pieces, cut the scallion leaves into chopped green onions, wash the scallions and ginger and cut them into thin strips, choose the better aged fragrant marinade, then place the processed ingredients in a side dish for later use.

2.2 Food processing: Rinse the shrimp with salt water to remove and dilute the possible chemical preservatives such as formalin and induce the shrimp to vomit gastric juice and parasites and other impurities, then rinse with clean water for a while

3.1 Cover the pot and cook over low heat until the onion and ginger juice is released.

4.2 Cooking method: Add one cup of water, 1.5g of salt, 8 segments of green onion and a little shredded ginger into the pot.

5.1 Stir-fry briefly over high heat to allow the shrimps to be evenly heated and change color.

6.2 When the sauce has a strong aroma of scallions and ginger, add the shrimps and spray in 5ml of cooking wine.

7.1 When the shrimps are 70% cooked, add 0.3g pepper and 0.5g MSG to enhance the flavor, stir well and serve.

8.2 Then, cover the pot and cook over high heat for 2 minutes until the prawns are almost 70% cooked.

9. Put the shrimps and the soup into a Lock & Lock container and let cool for a while.

10. After the shrimps have cooled slightly, pour in 100ml of aged fragrant broth and mix well.

11. Then, add 6g of white sugar, 4g of chopped green onion and 5g of minced ginger, and mix them into the juice.

12. Finally, cover with plastic wrap or put in the refrigerator to cool down to 5-10 degrees below room temperature before taking out and eating.

13. "Love-Hearted Vanilla-Spiced Shrimp" can generally be refrigerated for about two to three days. When eaten, it can be used as an assorted platter or as a pictographic and colorful cold dish as needed.

14. For the Chinese Valentine's Day, I created the "Love Vanilla Shrimp". The prepared and refrigerated shrimps are arranged into a heart shape and decorated with vanilla mint. When eaten, the vanilla mint can regulate the taste buds, refresh the breath, stimulate the appetite and increase appetite.
