1. Cut the grapes one by one, rinse them and soak them in light salt water for 20 minutes, then rinse them again and place them in a cool place to dry.

2.1 Add sugar in a ratio of 6:1.

3.2 Take a clean large basin, wash your hands and crush the dried grapes one by one to separate the pulp and skin.

4.1 Put all the mixed grapes including the juice and flesh into a clean glass bottle without water or oil, fill it about 70% full, seal it and store it at room temperature.

5.2 Use chopsticks to mix the sugar and grapes evenly.

6. After about 20 days, if there are no more bubbles in the bottle, it means that all the fermentation is complete.

7. Open the bottle cap and use a colander to carefully scoop out the pulp and peel floating on the top, then squeeze out the juice inside.

8. Carefully pour out the wine, filter it, and seal it in a glass bottle for storage (to prevent the pulp sediment at the bottom of the bottle from floating up, you can also use a clean hose to suck the wine out).
