How to make chicken soup rice noodles?

Recipe 1:

1. Soak the rice noodles for 4 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can soak them in hot water. Wash the chicken legs and cut them into small pieces. Marinate them with cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar. Tear the mushrooms and wash them. Soak the mushrooms.

4. The rice noodles you buy will stick together at the bends. After they are softened, break them apart with your hands.)

5. Wash and chop shallots and coriander

6. Put an appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of five-spice powder, and a small amount of curry powder at the bottom of the bowl.

7. Put the rice noodles into boiling water for half a minute

8. This depends on the rice noodles themselves. Boil them until they are cooked through. Over-boiling will make them lose their elasticity and taste bad.)

9. Pour the blanched rice noodles into the bowl with the condiments.

10. Pour the cooked chicken soup, add some chicken, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
