1.1 Cut three cuts on the fish body and the back, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the green onions into sections, then put the green onions and ginger into the fish belly, stuff the ginger shreds into the cuts on the fish back and fish front, sprinkle salt on the fish back and fish belly, then put the green onion sections. (If the steamer is not big enough, you can cut off the fish tail)

2.2 Prepare a slaughtered tilapia, four pieces of tofu, a large piece of ginger, and a few scallions

3.1 Because I use an electric rice cooker, it takes five minutes longer than steaming on high gas fire.

4.2 Put it in the steamer and add appropriate amount of soy sauce, marinate for ten minutes, and then steam for fifteen minutes

5. Cut the tofu into long strips and set aside

6. After the fish is steamed, add a proper amount of oil to the pot, heat it, add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the cut tofu strips, stir-fry over high heat for five minutes, add soy sauce and salt

7. Pour the fried tofu strips and oil on the steamed fish, then you can start eating.
