How to make Broccoli Drunken Flower

5. Cut carrots, tomatoes and green onions into pieces and set aside

7.Cook the tomatoes into sauce first. Fresh tomatoes taste better.

8. Heat up a pan with oil and sauté shredded ginger and minced garlic. Add the fish and fry both sides for one to two minutes each.

9. Pour in beer, tomato sauce, carrots, add appropriate amount of salt, and simmer until the fish is cooked.

10. After simmering for eight minutes, pour in the broccoli and continue cooking for three minutes. Finally, pour in the starch juice to thicken and add MSG to taste.

11. Finally, plate and serve!
