Vegetable bacon pizza recipe

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, oil, water and yeast together and knead into a smooth dough.

2. Let it ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times larger than the dough.

3. After deflation of the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 15 minutes

4. Use the time the dough is rising to prepare other ingredients. Boil water in a pot and blanch the mushrooms, then rinse with cold water and drain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon and mushrooms.

5. Prepare cheese, onion, mixed vegetables and green and red peppers.

6. Roll the proofed dough into a flatbread, place it on a pizza pan, and poke small holes on it with a fork.

7. Brush with pizza sauce and sprinkle with some basil.

8. Add a little cheese first, then put the fried bacon and mushrooms on top.

9. Sprinkle some cheese, evenly place the mixed vegetables, onions, green and red peppers, and then spread the cheese on top.

10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes, put the pizza in and cook it at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. It is ready to eat!
