9. Heat the oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the dried vegetables and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence and stir well, then turn off the heat.

10. Take a bowl and put the pork belly in it, with the skin facing down.

11. Put the fried dried vegetables on top of the marinated pork belly.

12. Take a pressure cooker, put in a steaming rack, put the pork belly and dried vegetables on the steaming rack, cover the pressure cooker, turn on high heat, and turn to low heat to steam for 50 minutes after the pot starts to steam.

13. Turn off the fire after 50 minutes. When the pot is steaming, open the lid and the braised pork with dried vegetables is done.
