8. Wash the iron plate, put it on the gas stove and heat it until it is almost red, pour in a little peanut oil, and fry the onions on the iron plate! Just pour in the fried frogs and you’re done!

9. The iron plate will be very hot at this time, with oil splashing everywhere. Take two thick pieces of cloth and wet them completely. Wrap both sides of the iron plate. Carefully take it out and place it on the wooden board. Be careful not to burn your hands and don't let the oil splash on yourself!
