How to make green pepper and potato fried rice

Home-cooked meals are meant to give people the taste of home. Fried rice with shredded green peppers and potatoes is a dish that is full of the flavor of home. The method is simple but not perfunctory. The steaming hot dishes are served on the table, and the family sits together to enjoy the dishes. This is the taste of home. There is constant laughter at the table, and there is no greater taste of happiness than this.

1. Peel and wash the potatoes, green peppers and onions, and add ham and rice.

2. Cut the potatoes into shreds (or grate them with a tool), cut the ham into thick shreds, cut the green pepper into shreds, and chop the green onions.

3. Soak the shredded potatoes in clean water to remove excess starch.

4. Remove from the water and drain.

5. Add appropriate amount of oil into the pot, pour in shredded potatoes, shredded green peppers and ham and stir-fry.

6. Use a spatula to push the side dishes aside, pour in the rice (over low heat) and stir it with a spatula.

7. Stir-fry evenly over high heat.

8. Add light soy sauce and pepper and stir well.

9. Add salt, MSG and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

10. Serve on a plate and serve.
