How to make pork belly, black bean and green pepper

So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of stir-frying pork belly with black beans and green peppers.

1. Ingredients: slightly fatty pork belly, green pepper

2.1 Add cooking oil to the pot, add the marinated pork belly and stir-fry over low heat

3.2 Dice the green pepper, wash the pork belly, cut it into slightly thicker slices, and marinate it with cooking wine and light soy sauce.

4. Stir-fry until the fat of the pork belly releases oil and the lean meat is browned, then add the chopped black beans (I was in a hurry to stir-fry the dish and forgot to take a photo of the black beans)

5. Stir-fry until the fermented black beans are fragrant, add the green peppers and cooking wine and stir-fry over high heat. Season with light soy sauce, salt and MSG, and serve.

6. The meat is charred and the green peppers are crispy.
