Pumpkin roll recipe

Eating work meals every day makes life feel boring and even your taste buds become numb. You start to miss simple home-cooked meals, but you don’t have the time to make them? Pumpkin rolls are easy to make and come in a variety of flavors. You can prepare the seasonings according to your preferences and make your own delicious dish.

1. Peel and wash the pumpkin, cut into small pieces, steam it, or heat it in a microwave for about 4 minutes.

2. Mash the cooked pumpkin and let it cool

3. Put pumpkin puree into the bread machine, add weighed flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, start the dough making program, and add milk in batches.

4. After the dough is kneaded into shape, add small pieces of butter. After kneading the dough for 10 minutes, you can start the dough proofing process again to better form a film.

5. Take out the risen dough, press it lightly to release the air, divide it into 100g dough and relax it for 10 minutes.

6. Roll the relaxed dough into a round shape and cut it into strips on one side with a dough cutter.

7. Roll up the uncut side and place it on a baking tray for a second rise. Turn on the rise function or add a bowl of hot water.

8. Take out the bread when it doubles in size, sift powdered sugar on the surface, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cover with tin foil if the surface is colored.
