Homemade pork pie recipe

1. Mix all ingredients with pork filling (except oil) and stir in one direction until the meat filling becomes sticky. Add appropriate amount of soybean oil to the mixed meat filling and mix well.

2. Take the remaining dough from making dumplings and knead it until smooth. (The newly kneaded dough needs to be covered in a container and left to rise for 30 minutes so that the pancakes are soft.)

3. Sprinkle a little flour on the panel and roll the dough into a circle of uniform thickness.

4. Apply the prepared meat filling evenly to the skin as shown in the picture, leaving about two centimeters of space on the outer circle without applying the meat filling, and leaving a quarter of the space without applying the meat filling.

6. Flip the quarter of the dough that is not filled with filling over and cover it.

7. Turn the pie over again, and the pie will become a 90-degree fan. Pinch the exposed filling on the edge.

8. Heat the pan slightly, add oil. The amount of oil can be added according to personal preference. Add the kneaded pies.

9. Bake the patties on low heat until both sides are golden brown (both sides need to be covered and simmered for 2 minutes)

10. Remove from the pan and the delicious pie is ready.
