1. Wash the loofah and peel it with a peeler.

2. Add chopped green onion and ginger to the pork filling.

3. Chop into meat paste.

5. Slowly pour in clean water in batches and stir vigorously.

10. Sprinkle dry starch on the cut surface of the pickled loofah and spread it evenly.

11. Put the marinated pork filling on the loofah and spread it into a semicircle with your hands.

12. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Chop the garlic and sprinkle it on the baked loofah.
