How to make sushi rice

Eating is a very simple thing, because all you have to do is open your mouth. But in fact, eating is really not that simple, because for the sake of your own body, you must eat healthily. In order to eat healthily, let me introduce to you how to make sushi rice.

1. First, make sushi vinegar. Pour white vinegar and white sugar into the pot in a 1:1 ratio. Heat on low heat until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil! Add a pinch of salt and let cool for later use!

2.12 Pour sushi vinegar, sesame seeds and sesame oil into the steamed rice while it is still hot and mix well.

3.21 Add salt to the eggs and fry them in a pan into an omelet, then cut into strips! Fry the carrot strips in a little oil! Cut the rest of the cucumber and luncheon meat into strips and set aside

4. Wait until the sushi rice is warm and no longer hot to the touch, then you can wrap it! Spread the seaweed on the sushi roll covered with plastic wrap, don't spread the rice too thickly, leave a side at the front unpainted, and press it tightly.

5. Spread salad dressing on the side close to the body, and place cucumber, radish, carrot, luncheon meat, and egg in order.

6. Hold the rolling curtain with both hands and lift it up to roll the ingredients inside inwards, then squeeze it tightly. Then, lift up the plastic wrap with one hand and push the sushi roll forward with your left hand. Pinch it tight again and keep doing this until you’ve finished rolling! Finally, place the rolled sushi roll with the seam facing down and wait for the next roll to be rolled before cutting the previous one!

7. I'm not in a hurry to eat today, so I roll them all up.
