How to make high fiber digestive biscuits

1. Put the softened butter into a large bowl, add powdered sugar, and stir with an electric whisk until the color becomes slightly lighter.

2. Pour the milk in 6 times and continue beating with an electric whisk. Beat until the milk and butter are completely mixed before adding the next time. Add all the honey. Beat until smooth.

3. Roast the walnut kernels in advance. Use a food processor to beat it into powder (do not overbeat it, or it will produce oil and become muddy). Pour it into a large bowl and mix well with a spatula.

4. Mix the whole wheat flour, low-gluten flour and baking soda, sift into a large bowl, and pour all the bran that cannot be sifted into the large bowl. Press with a spatula to combine. Place in a freezer bag and refrigerate for one hour.

5. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a 3 mm thick sheet with a rolling pin, then press it into shape using your favorite mold. Place in a baking dish and poke holes in it with a fork.

6. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Place in the middle layer and bake for about 20 minutes. Please adjust according to your oven.
