How to make round yinbing

For those who have just entered the marriage hall, do you feel a little anxious? Since my parents prepared everything for me when I was young, now I have to do everything by myself. 1. Prepare the glutinous rice cake flour, cornstarch and mooncake mold.

2. Soak the mushrooms, wash and remove the stems, chop into mushroom paste, chop the garlic into garlic paste.

3. Prepare the meat paste.

4. Marinate the minced meat with mushrooms, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cornstarch and chicken stock for 30 minutes.

5. Fry the marinated meat until cooked and set aside.

6. Take a bowl, pour in 500 grams of rice cake powder and 100 grams of cornstarch, mix well.

7. Boil a pot of boiling water, pour it into the basin little by little, use chopsticks to stir the flour into flocs, and then slowly knead it into a dough. Be careful not to burn your hands during the kneading process!

8. Knead the dough into a smooth state. The longer you knead the dough, the chewier the rice cake skin will be!

9. Place the dough on a silicone mat, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

10. After 10 minutes, divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

11. Take one portion of the dough and cover the remaining three portions with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.

12. Roll the dough into long strips and divide into 8 small portions.

13. Take a small portion of dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, wrap the meat filling, and seal it to make a ball.

14. Put 50g of cornstarch on the silicone mat as hand powder, roll the round meat-wrapped dough in the cornstarch, and put it into the mooncake mold to print the pattern.

15. Look, the finished round printing cake, isn't it cute?

16. Make all the remaining dough into raw round yinban. Apply a little oil on the steaming rack, put the raw round yinban in, put it into the pot, turn on high heat, turn to low heat when the water boils, and steam for 15 minutes.

17. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for two minutes and then open the lid. The steamed rice cake is ready! (I forgot to take a picture, the picture below is a supplementary one.
