How to make puff pastry

1. Pour the flour into a bowl.

2. Slowly pour in hot water in a circle, stirring the flour with chopsticks until it becomes cotton-like.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and set aside to rest for 20 minutes.

4. Make the puff pastry: Turn on low heat on the stove, put oil in the pot and pour in flour.

5. Use a spoon to stir-fry until it becomes sticky.

6. Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a large round pancake skin.

7. Spread the prepared puff pastry evenly on the crust.

8. Roll up slowly from one end.

9. Cut into several even portions, the size is up to you, I divided it into eight.

10. Put sugar into a bowl and add some dry flour and mix well. (The flour is added to prevent sugar from dripping out when eating the pancake, so as not to burn your mouth.)

11. Take a dough and pinch both ends tightly.

12. Flatten it with your palm.

13. Roll into dough and add sugar.

14.Pinch into the shape of buns. (Or just seal the mouth.)

15. Turn it over and flatten it, then use a rolling pin to shape it into a pancake.

16. Make the pancakes one by one.

17. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and cook the pancakes over low heat.

18. After coloring, turn it over and bake the other side.
