6. Take out the marinated chicken thigh meat, lay it flat on the chopping board with the skin facing down, put the egg yolk stick on the empty space left by removing the chicken thigh bone, roll up the egg yolk stick tightly with the chicken thigh meat, and then tie it tightly with cotton thread to form a chicken thigh roll.

7. Preheat the oven to 220℃, add a little cold water to dilute the honey, put the tied chicken rolls on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out the chicken rolls and brush them evenly with a layer of honey water. Turn them over and continue baking for 10 minutes. Take them out and cool naturally to room temperature. Remove the cotton thread and slice them on a tray.
