What can I eat to regulate uric acid?

Uric acid is a sign of whether the purine content in the human body is normal. If the uric acid level is high, it is easy to suffer from diseases such as gout after oxidation in the body. In this case, you should pay more attention to your diet, drink more water, eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat less meat; in addition, you should also insist on exercising, such as jogging.

1. Drink plenty of water, 1500-3000 ml per day, drink in small amounts multiple times to help excrete uric acid. Avoid eating large amounts of beans and fermented foods, fish, shrimp, fresh meat, peas, spinach, wine, etc.! Avoid stewed or braised meats.

2. The daily diet structure should be mainly composed of carbohydrates, which can promote the excretion of uric acid. You can choose refined white rice, enriched flour, corn, steamed bread, noodles, etc.

3. Carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, kale, lettuce, beans, zucchini, and potatoes are vegetables suitable for people with high uric acid.

4. Eat more celery. The purpose of patients with high uric acid eating more celery is because celery can promote the excretion of urine. In ancient times, celery was a natural diuretic. Patients who eat it for a long time can see obvious effects.

5. Try to eat less seafood such as crabs and squids, or better yet, avoid eating them. If you consume seafood when your uric acid level is high, it is likely to cause sudden ventilating, resulting in unnecessary trouble and harm.

6. Insist on soaking your feet every night, which can not only gradually improve the cold constitution, but also make the whole body sweat slowly and excrete waste from the body.

7. Regularly jogging, playing ball, swimming, and doing some non-intense aerobic exercises can not only reduce weight but also benefit the body's circulatory system and metabolism.

8. Avoid staying up late and worrying about your health. It is best to go to bed between 10pm and 11pm. This time period is a more suitable time for falling asleep.
