1. Peel the potatoes and steam them. You can steam them a little longer to make the potatoes softer and easier to knead into dough.

2. Add water and knead the dough. Put the steamed potatoes in and knead them together. Because the freshly steamed potatoes have a lot of moisture, you can add less water when kneading the dough.

3. After kneading the dough, wrap it with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it is 2-3 times larger. The fermentation time depends on the room temperature, but generally it does not exceed four hours.

4. Sprinkle some flour on the surface of the fermented dough (to prevent your hands from sticking) and knead it again. Then you can shape it into balls according to your preferences and roll it into dough skins to wrap the fillings. If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a larger glass cup to roll out the dough.

5. Steam for 15 minutes and it is ready to boil.

The method of making vegetarian buns is very simple and easy, and does not consume a lot of energy. It is most suitable for office workers. The cooking process is not troublesome and you can do other things. The moment it comes out of the pot, you will definitely be stimulated by the aroma.
