How to make Italian pizza

1. Mix ingredients A (150g self-raising flour, 10g butter, an egg, 10g sugar, and some milk) and knead them into a soft and non-sticky dough. Spread it on a 9-inch pizza pan and make a prototype of the crust: thick around the edges and thin at the bottom. Let it ferment for 1 hour. After 1 hour, use a toothpick or fork to poke some small holes on the pizza crust.

2. Heat the pan with salad oil or olive oil, pour in ingredients B (10 diced cherry tomatoes, chopped oregano, 1/3 chopped onion, 30g tomato sauce, half a bowl of water), sauté the chopped onion until fragrant, then add the diced cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, black pepper, chopped oregano, appropriate amount of salt and sugar, and water. Remove from heat after boiling. Take the pizza sauce and spread it evenly on the fermented pizza base for later use. On the pizza base with pizza sauce, place the bacon strips, green pepper cubes, sausage rings, 2/3 mozzarella cheese, onion rings, green pepper rings, cherry tomato rings, and sausage slices in order.

3. Then put it in the lower middle layer of the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, take it out, sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cheese evenly, and heat it in the oven for another 5 minutes. The delicious bacon sausage pizza is done.
