How to make tofu with chrysanthemum and shrimp

With the continuous improvement of life today, people's requirements for diet are getting higher and higher. If they want to eat safe and nutritious food, of course it is best to cook it at home. Today I will introduce the recipe of Chrysanthemum, Shrimp and Tofu for friends who like to cook.

1. Main ingredients: 5005 grams of tofu, 100 grams of fresh shrimp, appropriate amount of dried shrimp, appropriate amount of onion, garlic, salt, cooking wine and cooking oil. Ingredients for the sauce: appropriate amounts of broth or boiled water, onions, coriander, mustard tuber, cooking oil, light soy sauce, and dried chilies.

2.121 Pick and wash the Chinese cabbage.

3.212 Remove the shrimp meat, remove the shrimp thread and marinate with appropriate amount of cooking wine.

4.12 Chop the chrysanthemum into pieces, separate the stems and leaves, and chop them.

5.21 Wear disposable gloves and crush the tofu.

6. Add chopped chrysanthemum stems and mix well.

7. Chop the onion and garlic.

8. Preheat the pan, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, add chopped green onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Pour in the mixed tofu and Chinese spinach and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add the washed dried shrimps and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add the chopped Chinese chrysanthemum leaves and stir-fry evenly.

12. Pour in 500 ml of broth and appropriate amount of water. If there is no broth, you can use all water, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

13. Then add shrimps and stir-fry evenly.

14. When the shrimps turn red and are cooked, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.

15. Make the sauce: put cilantro, pickled mustard tuber, and green onion into a bowl, pour in soy sauce and mix well, and chop dried chili peppers and place on top of the seasoning.

16. Add cooking oil to the pan and heat it.

17. Pour the hot oil into the seasoning bowl and mix well.

18. When eating, put the tofu in a bowl and add a spoonful of sauce. It is delicious and nutritious.
