Garlic, ginger and eggplant recipe

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking eggplant with garlic, ginger and sesame oil.

1.1 After washing the ingredients, cut the green chili into small pieces, cut the ginger into small pieces, peel the garlic, and cut the coriander into sections for later use.

2.2 Wash the eggplants and steam them in a steamer, then let them cool.

3.1 Put green chili pepper, garlic, ginger, salt and MSG into the garlic mortar.

4.2 Tear the cooled eggplant into strips and set aside.

5. Then mash it into a paste.

6. Add eggplant and mix well.

7. Add coriander and mix well before serving.
