Spicy tofu recipe

A healthy body needs diet to maintain. It is a pity if you get stomach problems because of carelessly dealing with three meals a day. 1. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add the bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant and oil is released.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the green onions into sections, chop the garlic into minced garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small sections.

3. Add appropriate amount of hot water.

4. Add minced garlic and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add tofu and gently shake the pan to ensure even coloring of the tofu.

6. Add the scallion segments when the tofu is almost cooked.

7. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and sesame oil, pour in water starch and stir-fry gently for a few times.

8. Turn off the heat when the soup becomes thick.
