How to make purple rice and taro porridge

1. Prepare all the ingredients as follows (1500 ml of water is about the size of 3 large stainless steel bowls next to it).

2.1 Add water and purple rice into the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 45 minutes (put the washed raw taro in the steamer on the pot and steam for 25 minutes).

3.2 Wash the purple rice and taro, and soak the purple rice for 1-2 hours.

4. Take out the taro, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

5. Add taro cubes to the cooking pot, bring to a boil over high heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes or turn off the heat and serve.
