5. Heat the wok. Because there are starches in it, it is best to use a non-stick pan. After heating up, add oil, pour in shredded radish with water and shreds, stir-fry until soft, after the water comes out, add salt and chicken essence to season. Be careful not to make it too salty.

6. Pour the prepared rice noodle liquid into the wok and continue to stir-fry evenly. If it feels too thick, add some water and continue to stir-fry evenly.

7. Turn off the heat after frying and apply oil on the bottom and walls of the baking pan.

8. Pour the fried powder into the baking tray, smooth the surface, and steam in a steamer for 30 minutes to 50 minutes. The specific time depends on whether the cake is formed.

9. After steaming, wait for it to cool down for a while, then take it out and cut it into small cubes. In fact, it would be easier to cut if it was square, but unfortunately, this is the only baking tray in my house that can fit into the steamer, and other square ones are too high.

10. Heat oil in a frying pan, place the cut carrot cakes in a flat place, fry until each side is golden brown, done! ! The leftover radish cake can be stored in the refrigerator and fried whenever you want to eat it~~
