How to make fermented bean curd and oyster mushroom

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, wash, remove, squeeze out the water and set aside.

3. Wash the rapeseed and set aside.

4. Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, and sauté scallions and ginger.

5. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry quickly.

6. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. After the oyster mushrooms are out of water, pour in an appropriate amount of red fermented bean curd juice.

7. Stir-fry for about 1 minute more.

8. Pour in rapeseed and stir-fry.

9. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, add chicken stock and mix well, then turn off the heat and serve.
