1. Put an appropriate amount of Luoxiu rice noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook until done. Add some oil and salt to the water to prevent the rice noodles from sticking together. During this time, smash the garlic, chop the basil, and cut the cucumber into slices.

2. After the rice noodles are cooked, take them out and put them in a large plate to cool.

3. Wash the sesame seeds, fry them in a pan until fragrant, then put them in a clean bowl

4. Put oil and salt in the pan and stir-fry the cucumber. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar and put it on the plate immediately. Do not stir-fry for too long or it will become soft and the taste will not be crispy.

5. Wash the pot and add appropriate amount of oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, basil and salt and stir-fry. Turn off the heat immediately.

6. Add the cooled rice noodles, fried cucumber and appropriate amount of white vinegar and mix well

7. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and start eating.
