Silverhead salmon is best eaten this way

Silverhead salmon, also known as salmon, is rich in protein, more than other fish. Eating more can eliminate edema. Because of the high protein content, it can improve immunity, help protect the elasticity of blood vessels, and buffer anemia. Two meals a week, silverhead salmon also contains a substance called astaxanthin, which is a very good antioxidant and has the effect of nourishing the brain. It has a certain health care effect in preventing dementia in the elderly.

Pan-Seared Silverhead Salmon

Main ingredient: Silverhead salmon

Preparation: 1 small piece of ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 lemon, 3 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil

practice:

1. Prepare the ingredients and mince the ginger (the same applies to cutting it with a knife).

2. Cut half a lemon into small pieces.

3. Take a small bowl, add steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced ginger and half of the lemon, and mix well.

4. Descale the silverhead salmon, clean and dry it, and cut it into several pieces as shown in the picture to make it easier to season.

5. Pour the prepared sauce on the silverhead salmon and marinate for more than 10 minutes. Turn it over every once in a while to ensure even marinating.

6. Preheat the frying pan, pour in olive oil, add the marinated silverhead salmon pieces, and fry over medium-low heat. Turn it over halfway through and fry it from the side. When it is half cooked, pour in all the sauce and fry until it is 70% to 80% cooked before serving.

7. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon slices, pour over the soup, add the side dishes and serve.

The delicious pan-fried silverhead salmon is ready.
